Live Chat
When many people are online, the chat room is the fastest way to get an answer to your question.
You can also use mIRC or any other IRC client to chat. The server is irc.msgplus.net, the port is 6667 and the channel is #MsgPlus.
Once inside the chat, you can distinguish administrators and official helpers thanks to the characters before their names, in the list on the right (@, % and + respectively).
