| I usually use the Dvorak keyboard layout, but I am still practicing and so am a little slow... therefore, if I would like to type something rapidly to a contact I revert to using the Qwerty layout. Using this script allows quick changing of layout just inside WLM, or even just for one message. If the keyboard layout is currently Qwerty and you would like to type using the Dvorak layout then Qwerty -> Dvorak conversion is required, and likewise if the keyboard layout is currently Dvorak and you would like to type using the Qwerty layout then Dvorak -> Qwerty conversion is required. Usage: To turn on/off Qwerty -> Dvorak conversion type /asdf To turn on/off Dvorak -> Qwerty conversion type /aoeu To convert just one message Qwerty -> Dvorak type /asdf [message] e.g. "/asdf Jdpps mt lamd g; Lakjal" => "Hello my name is Nathan" To convert just one message Dvorak -> Qwerty type /aoeu [message] e.g. "/aoeu D.nnr mf bam. co Baydab" => "Hello my name is Nathan" Version 1.2 - fixed problem when using "new line" character (CTRL+Enter) Version 1.1 - corrected layout to ensure correct translation occurs If any bugs are found, please let me know at nburles(AT)gmail(DOT)com |
